The drive to Zhongshan Huangxuan Paper Products Co Ltd is less than 10 minutes after crossing Zhongshan Port Bridge and merging onto the reconstructed Fanzhong Highway. On the morning of September 20, Torch Development Zone (Minzhong District) held a demolition ceremony here, marking the beginning of the construction of the photoelectric science and technology park of Zhongshan Torch Minzhong Economic Development Co Ltd (Torch Minzhong Group) .

Torch Minzhong Group plans to renovate the existing factory buildings in three phases with a total investment of 1 billion yuan to build a new third-generation high-standard plant with a total area of about 300,000 square meters. Upon completion, it will carry out cooperation with Zhongshan Zhangjiabian Enterprise Group Co Ltd (Zhangjiabian Enterprise Group) focusing on the optoelectronic and next-gen IT industries. The park will promise an estimated annual output of about 2 billion yuan and an annual tax revenue up to about 78 million yuan after being put into production.

The other project also started demolition on the same day was funded by Zhongshan Hengchuang Technology Incubator Investment Co Ltd. Located in Minzhong Shazai Industrial Park, the Hengchuang Science and Technology Park will focus mainly on the new materials, CNC machine tool and precision instrument design and bio-industry. It will also actively introduce high-tech, specialized, innovative enterprises within Guangdong Province. The park is expected to record an annual output of 800 million yuan and an annual tax revenue up to 35 million yuan.
