The commencement ceremony of the Yijin Baking Utensils Production project was held on the morning of October 26. It only took eight minutes for the project to receive a construction from the start of the land auction. It is the sixth "rapid groundbreaking" project in Gangkou Town this year.

Zhongshan Yijin Hardware Products Co Ltd, located in Xinggang South Road, Gangkou Town, was established in 2002. It is a Hong Kong-funded enterprise, mainly producing hardware products such as baking trays, baking utensils, windmills, pallets and iron flower stands.

The Yijin production project covers an area of 17.43 mu, with a planned investment of 170 million yuan and a planned construction area of 29,000 square meters. It will build new production workshops, training centers, warehouses, office buildings, dormitory buildings among other facilities. Yijin will also develop a training base for baking and a manufacturing base for hardware products. After being put into production, the project is expected to achieve an annual output of 350 million yuan and an annual tax revenue of more than 12 million yuan, and create 500 jobs.
