Hyner I-Park in Minzhong District, Torch Development Zone started construction on March 8.

It took only 14 minutes from obtaining the Real Estate Ownership Certificate, Construction Drawing Review Certificate, Construction Engineering Planning Permit and Building Engineering Construction Permit to starting construction for the project, setting a new record for industrial park renovation in Minzhong.

The project investor Hyner company, founded in March 2022, is committed to building the park into a service platform engaged in industrial research and planning, industrial resources introduction and industrial park operation.

After the demolition of old factory buildings, a new intelligent manufacturing industrial park will be built in two phases. Phase one with a total floor area of 130,000 square meters includes 6 high-standard plant buildings and a 16-story complex building. The new park will be completed within two years and is expected to generate an annual output value of 500 million yuan.

Upon completion, Hyner I-Park will bring in high-end industrial projects covering such fields as smart home production, precision metals, electronic intelligent equipment manufacturing, bio-based material manufacturing and computer communication.
