The renovation of the Waisha Village industrial agglomeration area (phase 2) has been approved recently, marking the start of another industrial park relocation project in Shenwan town.
With a total area of 29.62 mu and a land area of 18.69 mu, the project has a plot ratio of only 0.51 and an annual output value of only 1 million yuan before the renovation.
So far, a number of enterprises in Shenwan Town intended to move into the new park area. After the renovation, the project is expected to generate an output value of over 90 million yuan and tax revenues of over 3.7 million yuan per year.
