Sally Technology Co Ltd started the construction of its production park for prefabricated toilet products in Cuiheng New District on May 9.

With an investment of 200 million yuan, the Sally park covers a floor area of 80,000 square meters and mainly includes a staff apartment building, a headquarters building, an R&D center building and a plant. This Sally Sanitary Industrial Park will be specialized in the production as well as the R&D of new materials and new technology for shower room and prefabricated toilet products.

Founded in 1998, Sally focuses on the R&D, manufacturing and marketing of shower room and prefabricated toilet products. It is a vice chairman unit of the China Shower Room Industry Association and part of the drafting committee of industrial standards. In 2022, it achieved an output value and sales of nearly 1 billion yuan.

The main part of the project is expected to be finished by the Spring Festival next year, and the phase 1 of the park by October 2024.

After the construction, the project will be expanded by 80,000 square meters, and the average output value per mu is estimated at over 12 million yuan, up 20% from that before the renovation.
