Phase 1 of the Ioc CoWork Science and Technology Park in Torch Development Zone was completed as scheduled on June 7.

On Jianye Road, two new modern buildings with white stripes, gray-black glass and geometric-patterned exterior walls in the park stand out from their surroundings.

Six enterprises have moved into the park, including Zhongshan Like Silicone Products Co, Zhongshan Hantong Laser Equipment Co, Zhongshan Mavinlens Optical Information Co, Zhongshan Collective Semiconductor Technology Co, Zhongshan PLS Plasma Technology Co and Zhongshan Hongxin Communication Technology Co.

With a total investment of 400 million yuan, the Ioc CoWork park will be renovated in three phases. Five 9-story high-standard industrial plant buildings and one 20-story auxiliary building will be constructed, with a total area of 100,000 square meters.
