Phase 1 of the Chengyi Waisha Sci-tech City, an industrial renovation project in Shenwan Town, has recently been topped out. Some 105,000 square meters of high-standard plant buildings will be delivered within the year.

Investment promotion has been completed for Phase 1, with 51 enterprises moving in, including 9 with annual output value of over 100 million yuan each from Shenzhen and Dongguan.

The Waisha Sci-tech City will be renovated in two phases, with a toal building area of 860,000 square meters. It is expected to generate annual revenues of 100 million yuan and create 3,000 jobs.
