The Liancheng Huangpu Smart Technology Production Project started construction on the morning of June 13. It is the third in the Zhongshan Intelligent Home Appliance Industrial Park (Dacen Area) after the Xuele Kitchen Appliance Intelligent Manufacturing Base and the Guangdong Hause Thermal Equipment Production Base.

The project will mainly introduce outstanding manufacturers in such strategic emerging industries as high-end equipment intelligent manufacturing, new-type electronic information technology, emerging materials, medical services, new energy vehicle parts and high-end elevator equipment. Additionally, a general service building and an academician workstation will be set up to provide innovation services to enterprises and employees in the park.

The intelligent manufacturing service park covers a land area of 68 mu, with a total investment of 500 million yuan. Phase 1 of the project includes eight high-rise plant buildings and an office building, with a total building area of 180,000 square meters and a construction period of 24 months. It is expected to generate an output value of 12 million yuan/mu and annual tax revenues of at least 500,000 yuan/mu at full capacity.
