Plant buildings B and C in Phase 1 of the Hehe Industrial Park in Minle Community, Dongfeng Town have recently been completed and passed the acceptance of the experts, which means Zhongshan's first village-level "Three-Old Renovation" project is about to go into operation.

Minle Community is one of Dongfeng's communities that started "Three-Old Renovation" early. The Hehe Industrial Park will be built in two phases. On May 28, 2021, the construction of the plant buildings in Phase 1 started; to date, four plant buildings have emerged, with a total floor area of 120,000 square meters.

Some enterprises have expressed their intention to lease plant buildings B and C, all of which are small home appliances enterprises and beauty makeup enterprises in Minle Community that need to increase capital and expand production. They have recently moved in and started decoration, and are expected to go into operation in the fourth quarter of 2023.

The Hehe Industrial Park is positioned as a manufacturing base for enterprises in small home appliances, fine chemicals and other industries. It is expected to generate annual property leasing revenues of 20 million yuan, create some 2,000 jobs, and achieve an annual output value of 450 million yuan.
