Zhongshan Chengpin Industrial Co started construction of its innovation and manufacturing park located at Liaohou Village in South District on July 25.

Covering a land area of 60 mu, the industrial park renovation project will be built as a model intelligent manufacturing park for such fields as shopfitting and exhibition franchise, next-generation information technology for terminal exhibition, smart display, and etc.

With a planned investment of 450 million yuan, the project will be built in three phases. The new park, with a floor area of over 159,000 square meters, is expected to generate an annual output value of 380 million yuan and annual tax revenues of 18 million yuan. The first phase is scheduled to go into production in mid-2024.
