The groundbreaking ceremony of the 20th batch of industrial park renovation projects in Torch Development Zone took place on July 25. Old factory buildings of Zhongshan NCA Co's project was demolished.

Founded in 1999, Zhongshan NCA Co is specialized in the R&D, production and sales of flexible packaging automation equipment and other special equipment. The company owns more than 100 patents for invention and utility model patents.

The newly demolished factory buildings were on Shabian Road, covering a land area of 14.53 mu. After the renovation, the new NCA Science Park, with a total floor area of 30,000 square meters, will produce bag-making machines, nozzle welders and others. Its annual output value will reach 150 million yuan and annual tax revenues 4.35 million yuan.

In recent years, Zhongshan NCA Co has achieved annual growth of over 10%. Taking industrial park renovation as an opportunity, the company aims to tap new space for high-quality development.
