Three investment increase projects in Guzhen Town started construction on the same day on August 3.

The three projects include Deanfun Underwear Co's Yundie Technology Park, Gaojun Lighting Co's production and R&D center, and Balin Lighting Co's production and R&D center. With a total investment of 420 million yuan, these projects' annual total output value is expected to exceed 1.1 billion yuan.

To the west of the Guzhen Convention and Exhibition Center, the Yundie Technology Park covers a land area of 38.4 mu, with a planned investment of 300 million yuan. It is expected to produce 6.5 million pieces of products per month, and its annual output value will reach 600 million yuan and annual tax revenues 27 million yuan. It aims to develop into an environment-friendly technology park that integrates new retail innovation and intelligent supply, as well as to develop a globally competitive provider of overall solutions for the underwear making sector.

Gaojun Lighting Co is a Zhongshan-based high-tech enterprise engaged in the R&D, production and sales of lighting fixtures. The company plans to invest 70 million yuan in the production and R&D center project, which is expected to generate an annual output value of 260 million yuan and annual tax revenues of 7.93 million yuan.

Balin Lighting Co is an outdoor lighting maker engaged in driver development, chip packaging, and lighting fixture development, production and sales. The company plans to invest 50 million yuan in its production and R&D center project. With four LED solar street lamp production lines, the production center is expected to generate an annual output value of 240 million yuan and annual tax revenues of 7.25 million yuan.
