The Gochinaron Electronics project situated in Zhongshan's Cuiheng New District held the groundbreaking ceremony on October 12.

With a total investment of 600 million yuan, the project is expected to generate an annual output value of exceeding 600 million yuan and an annual tax revenue of over 40 million yuan. The 50-mu project mainly produces single-, double- and multi-layer high-density printed circuit boards, rigid-flex PCB and etc.

"Gochinaron Electronics plans to construct unmanned factories and 'lights-out' production workshops to achieve digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading," said a major official of Cuiheng New District, adding that the project obtained the certificate of land, planning permit and construction permit on the same day.

Next-generation information technology is one of the leading industries in Cuiheng New District, covering integrated circuits, intelligent network, flat panel displays and electronic components and other areas. Cuiheng New District is now home to such outstanding enterprises as Gochinaron, Longsys, Wistron, Rifda and Baolijin.
