The main part of Phase One of Tiangong Wisdom City, a municipal key project in Cuiheng New District, was topped out recently.

Tiangong Wisdom City is only 2 kilometers away from the entrance of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link. It is an industrial park basing on information, digital, intelligent and network technologies.

The park focuses on developing industrial clusters in such areas as next-gen information technology, artificial intelligence and digital economy services. It will be built into a digital, intelligent, industry-city complex with a total construction area of 450,000 square meters, and a demonstration zone for technological innovation and development within the Greater Bay Area.

After the opening of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, the park will be included in the 30-minute Qianhai radiation circle, and it will be able to undertake industrial spillover from Shenzhen.

At present, several industrial parks in Cuiheng New District are speeding up the construction and striving to reach completion by the middle of 2024.
