The groundbreaking ceremony for the Zhongshan Intelligent Terminal Industrial Park (Minzhong) Service Center was held at the Shenzhen-Zhongshan cooperation and innovation zone in Minzhong District, Torch Development Zone on December 27.

The project is invested and constructed by a subsidiary of Zhongshan City Construction Group, with a total land area of 12,656.22 square meters. The construction will be carried out in two phases.

The first phase has a total building area of 7,572.22 square meters and a total investment of about 135 million yuan. The construction will include service outlets, public squares, hotels, restaurants and other commercial facilities, and will be completed in November 2024.

The project is located within Shenzhen's half-hour industrial eco-system after the opening of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link. Surrounded by BYD's intelligent terminal industrial park, RICHINFO's and other industrial parks, it has ample space for industrial development and a good environment for emerging industries.
