Sally Technology's production project for prefabricated bathroom products was topped out on May 27.

The Sally project covers a land area of 45 mu, with a building area of about 80,000 square meters and a total investment of about 200 million. It has 4 main buildings for staff apartments, headquarters offices, research and development, and industrial workshops.

Upon completion, it will be become Sally's sanitary ware industrial park for shower room and prefabricated toilet products, covering product R&D, application of new materials and new techniques, intelligent manufacturing, urban-industry creativity, IoT integration, support for associated industries, and other aspects.

According to Liu Fengxiang, Sally's chairman, the sanitary ware industrial park is expected to bring an annual output value of 550 million yuan.
