The first factory of Phase One and Phase Two of the Zhongli Wisdom Valley industrial park, the largest "industrial park renovation" project under construction within the Zhongshan Torch Industries Group park, was topped out on September 10.

Located at the junction of Huoju Avenue and Xingye Road in Torch High-tech Zone, the 58.22-mu (about 3.88 hectares) Zhongli Wisdom Valley has a proposed investment of 630 million yuan.

The industrial park is dominated by the electronic information and high-end equipment manufacturing industries. Its annual output value is estimated to reach 580 million yuan and annual tax revenue 17.5 million yuan.

Phase One and Phase Two have a total construction area of 70,000 square meters. Phase One will include 3 high-standard factory buildings, while Phase Two will include a 100-meter-high office building, a 70-meter-high apartment building and other supporting facilities. Phase One is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year, while Phase Two will be finished by the end of 2025.
