The Chengyi Wanshijia Intelligent Manufacturing Industry City, an industrial park renovation project invested by Chengyi Holdings, started construction in Cuiheng New District (Nanlang Sub-district) on October 12. The project will be built in three phases, and the first phase is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

Chengyi Wanshijia Intelligent Manufacturing Industry City covers an area of 206 mu (13.7 hectares), with a total investment of 2.3 billion yuan and a construction area of about 500,000 square meters.

Phase one includes 4 single factory buildings, four storeys each, designed as garden-style factories with high-quality office and production environment, and a high-standard factory building with nine floors, equipped with hoisting facilities to meet the R&D, production, testing and office needs.

The park has already developed more than 20 potential clients, including visitors from Shenzhen and Dongguan.

The project is an intelligent industrial complex based on the development strategy of Shenzhen-Zhongshan integration. It is expected to generate at least 60 million yuan in tax revenue per year.
