The Zhongshan Shiyou Huangpu Intelligent Manufacturing Base Phase One project started construction at Wenming Community in Huangpu Town on December 9.

Co-developed and operated by Foshan Shiyou company and Dahua Construction Group, the project will include 300,000 square meters of high-standard modern plants, targeting modern agricultural and sideline food processing, advanced equipment manufacturing, electronic information and other industries. It is estimated to achieve an annual output value of over 800 million yuan after reaching the production capacity.

The project will be built in three phases. Phase One covering a land area of 35,700 square meters will consist of 3 eight-story high-standard factory buildings.

Phase One is planned to be topped out by late June and delivered for use by October or November next year. At present, more than 20 enterprises have intention to settle in the base.
