The first cross-border e-commerce export business in Henglan Town was finalized earlier this month. A batch of commercial lighting lamps produced by Zhongshan's Obals Electrical Illuminance Co Ltd were cleared by the customs in Yantian, Shenzhen. These products adopted the cross-border e-commerce B2B direct export (9710) mode, with a value of about $120,000, and will be sent to Spain.
The head of the Henglan Bureau of Industry, Information Technology and Commerce said that since Zhongshan became an integrated pilot zone for cross-border e-commerce, Henglan Town has been encouraging enterprises to develop overseas markets and has been vigorously advocating new formats of cross-border e-commerce. At present, 33 enterprises are interested in the cross-border e-commerce business. One has obtained the 9710 export qualification for cross-border e-commerce and two have obtained the 9810 export qualification.
With excellent industrial foundation, Henglan Town is rich in its production of lighting products. Leading enterprises in household appliances and strollers are also rooted here.
