The 2021 China Rosewood Furniture Expo (Zhongshan) and Dachong Rosewood Spring Trade Fair opened in the Chinese Rosewood Culture Expo City in Dachong Town, Zhongshan on March 15.

The Rosewood Industry Branch of the Chinese Forestry Industry Association was unveiled at the opening ceremony. It is a national-level organization mainly engaged in the production and operation of the rosewood industry, and its secretariat is located in Zhongshan. Representatives of rosewood furniture manufacturers including Zhongshan Wu's Grand Garden Furniture Co Ltd made a commitment to implement the high standards and integrity management of the industry.

Dachong Town signed a cooperation agreement with Dongyang city of Zhejiang province and Xianyou city of Fujian province to establish regular consultation among the three local governments to jointly promote industry governance and the standardized development of the rosewood industry. Meanwhile, they will strive to strengthen economic and trade cooperation and dialogues among the three major production areas and promote the flow of capital, talent, technology, information and more.

The government of Dachong Town signed the "Cloud Dachong" online promotion platform agreement with Tencent Home, and Zhongshan Rosewood Furniture Association signed purchase agreements for Dachong rosewood furniture with famous outlets including Louvre and Jane Eyre Home to create a sound development environment for improving the industrial chain and creating a robust industrial ecosystem.

The 2021 China Rosewood Furniture Development Forum, themed "Standardization Strategy Leading the High-quality Development of Traditional Industries", was held that afternoon to discuss such issues as the development of the rosewood industry.
