Unilever to improve offline after-sales service in ZS

A delegation from global 500 company Unilever visited Zhongshan from March 23 to 24. Pan Shiyang, general manager of Unilever's Life Essentials in China, revealed in an interview that Unilever intends to strengthen its cooperation with companies in Zhongshan.


The delegation visited Gome, One Plus One supermarkets and TRULIVA's Zhongshan flagship store to collect opinions and suggestions from Zhongshan consumers and store employees on Unilever's products and post-sales services. The delegation also made a special trip to Zhongshan Xinmingtian Electric Appliance Co Ltd, one of Unilever's business partners in Zhongshan, for inspection.


The delegation spoke highly of the management of Xinmingtian Electric Appliance, especially its post-sales service system. Both parties reached their goals to further enhance cooperation and committed to increase investment in building an offline after-sales service system in Zhongshan.
