Excavators recently started working on the construction site for the Jiabao High-end PC Products Production Base in the China Lighting Capital Intelligent Manufacturing Base in Guzhen Town.

Cai Shengbin, head of Jiabao Daily Products Factory in Zhongshan's Henglan Town, the primary investor of the project, said that the equipment design of the intelligent factory was in progress, and it is expected that the factory will be put into production in 18 months after its completion.

It is the first "rapid groundbreaking" project in Guzhen. All of the approval procedures were completed within 8.5 hours.

The project has an investment of 135 million yuan, with a planned land area of about 20 mu (about 1.33 hectares) and a planned output value of about 300 million yuan.

"Rapid groundbreaking" regarding a project's approval procedures has been promoted in many towns and districts in Zhongshan. The Jieke LED Package Bracket Manufacturing project, another key industrial project in Guzhen, will start construction in the near future after its acquisition of the national land use rights certificate and construction project planning permit in the same way.
