The three-day Zhongshan Intelligent Home Appliances Exhibition opened at the Huangpu International Convention & Exhibition Center on March 6 as part of the "Cantontrades Global, Stronger than Ever" Guangdong-made products consumption promotion campaign. This is the first time for Huangpu, Dongfeng and Nantou towns located in the "golden corridor" of China's home appliances industry to jointly deliver a professional home appliances event, so as to promote Zhongshan's intelligent home appliances industry brand.

Amid a lively atmosphere, more than 600 enterprises would showcase over 50,000 new products. As of 5:00 pm March 6, the exhibition received over 30,000 professional visitors, attracted over 800,000 viewers online, and the total intended transaction amount was expected to exceed 700 million yuan.

Visitors feasted their eyes on the latest high-tech products unveiled by Galanz, Homa, Changhong, TCL, Midea, Gree, Vatti and other local home appliances giants. The Hong Kong (SME) Economic and Trade Promotional Association and the Hong Kong Productivity Council organized a number of Hong Kong enterprises to participate in the exhibition.

Statistics show that there are over 10,000 home appliances manufacturers and supporting enterprises in Zhongshan, which register a primary business revenue of more than 200 billion yuan, accounting for nearly 30% of the total revenue of the home appliances industry cluster in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
