The Zhongshan Bathroom Industry Association (ZSBIA) organized an exchange meeting on May 11 to boost the high-quality of the shower room industry. Industry representatives gathered in Zhongshan for an in-depth exchange with government officials and leading entrepreneurs.

After 20 years of innovative development, Zhongshan is now home to more than 250 shower room makers, in addition to over 160 supporting enterprises. The city has formed an industrial cluster that integrates R&D, design, production and sales of shower room products, with an annual output value of exceeding 10 billion yuan.

It is reported that most of China's shower room production bases are in Zhongshan, Foshan and Xiaoshan cities, and Zhongshan holds an over 70% share in China's medium and high-end shower room market and contributes 40% of the industry's total exports.

Following the conference, the presidency handover ceremony of the ZSBIA was held, and the new council and supervisory board made debut.
