The groundbreaking ceremony of the 19th batch of industrial park renovation projects took place in Torch Development Zone on July 3, and the old plant demolition for the health-themed industrial park started.

With a land area of 15 mu and a total investment of 120 million yuan, the health-themed industrial park will be constructed by Zhongshan Yifeng Food Co. The park includes a 32,000-square-meter high-standard industrial plant, and it is expected to generate an output value of 160 million yuan and tax revenues of 8 million yuan per year.

Focusing on emerging fields, such as high-end health product manufacturing, health product R&D and healthcare product manufacturing, the park will boost the development of the health industry in Torch Development Zone.
