The CCPark Zhongshan Phoenix Valley, located in Dongfeng Town, the "Small Home Appliances Industry Base of China", unveiled its investment promotion center and held a project signing ceremony on July 26. A number of quality enterprises signed strategic cooperation agreements to move in the park.

With a total floor area of 260,000 square meters, a total investment of 1 billion yuan and an estimated output value of 1.2 billion yuan, the Phoenix Valley will mainly engage in household appliances manufacturing.

The plants are under smooth construction and will be put into production around October 2024.

The park has brought in more than 20 enterprises, including 9 enterprises above designated size and 3 from Shenzhen. Upon completion, the Phoenix Valley is expected to attract over 100 quality enterprises related to the intelligent manufacturing sector and absorb more than 5,000 talents.

Also known as a small home appliances innovation base and a global purchasing base for small home appliances, Dongfeng Town is now home to some 6,900 home appliances and related enterprises and the birthplace of such famous brands as Midea, Steelmate, Topstrong and Enaiter.
