The land auction for the Govee smart sensor photoelectric R&D and manufacturing base in Zhongshan's Torch Development Zone was completed on November 14.

Invested 600 million yuan by Zhongshan Songyan Lighting Co, the project is located in Jieyuan Village, Minzhong District, covering a land area of about 54.65 mu. It will be built into an research and development, manufacturing and marketing base for smart ambient lighting and small household appliances.

As the world's leading photoelectric brand for e-sports, the Govee base is expected to achieve an annual output value of 1.1 billion yuan and generate an annual tax revenue of 55 million yuan at full capacity.

Founded in 2017 by Shenzhen-based technology firm Govee, Songyan Lighting is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the design, research and development, production and sales of artificial intelligence and smart home products.
