The Guangdong Daxinghua Industrial Park, Zhongshan's first construction industry park, broke ground on August 28 West District.

Invested by Daxinghua Group with 500 million yuan, the project covering a land area of 1.71 hectares is expected to be completed and put into use in 2026.

Upon completion, it will attract construction companies from surrounding areas to move in, forming a whole-chain industrial ecosystem of investigation, design, cost consulting, construction, supervision, trade, machinery leasing, new-type building materials production, skill training and intermediary services.

"We aim to build not just an industrial park but also an ecosystem for the construction industry. A complete range of commercial facilities, including starred hotels, office buildings and spacious bungalows for business and office use, will be offered to meet the diverse needs of enterprises and visitors, in addition to large shopping malls and Chinese restaurants for the staff in the park and residents in surrounding nearby," said He Daliang, chairman of Daxinghua Group.
