Phase 1 of Datang Shengshi-Taifeng Emergency Industrial Park in Fusha was topped out on December 26. The top-out ceremony of Phase 1 industrial renovation project of Liansu Cross-Straits Innovation Park and the groundbreaking ceremony of Phase 2 were held in Torch Development Zone on the same day.

These were just an epitome of Zhongshan's great efforts in developing the economy. From the start of the industrial park renovation on January 4, 2022 to the demolition of the fifth low-efficiency industrial parks on November 15, Zhongshan has vacated nearly 35 mu of industrial land per day. All industrial park renovation projects in towns (districts) feature high output value, high added value and high-level planning. With significantly increased plot ratios and outputs, these projects cover fields such as advanced equipment, biomedicine and next-generation information technology.

In the first three quarters of this year, Zhongshan helped more than 100 enterprises increase capital and ramp up production through industrial park renovation-related services, with a total investment of more than 10 billion yuan. The campaign also attracted nearly 70 enterprises outside Zhongshan, with a total investment of 6.6 billion yuan. Among them, 8 enterprises invested more than 100 million yuan each.
