South District's efficient services for industrial park renovation boosted his confidence in the future development here.

Over the past year, South District has planned and promoted 8 industrial park renovation projects, and consolidated 511.2 mu of land, including a project with 365.4 mu of contiguous land, over-fulfilling the annual targets. Through the housing project, contiguous industrial space has been unleashed quickly.

It is expected that 365.4 mu of renovation land in Shanzai Baishihuan Industrial Zone, Hengmei Park will be consolidated by the coming Spring Festival. The results of a return visit show that 52 of the 72 business entities in the park remain in South District after their relocation, accounting for 72.2% of the total.
