In 2022, Cuiheng Group focused on the upgrading the construction of the Cuiheng Shenzhen Investment Promotion Center. It had introduced 13 enterprises from Shenzhen in the forms of investment promotion, matchmaking and industrial funds.

"Cuiheng Group is going all out to create a high-end professional industrial park on its nearly 2 million square meters of property," said Chao Hui, a member of the Party committee, board director and vice general manager of Cuiheng Group, adding that the company also is striving to build a highland that gathers resources from such industries as biomedicine, high-end manufacturing, sci-tech and finance. Meanwhile, Cuiheng Group plans to invest more than 100 million yuan to build an intelligent industrial park and buildings, recruit professional operation teams, and designate project specialists to provide full-process follow-up services, so as to better serve enterprises in the park.

Cuiheng has established the first urban renewal company among Zhongshan's state-owned enterprises, and fulfilled the target of consolidating 1,130 mu of land for 2022.
