On the night of January 5, CCTV's Nightly News broadcast a one-minute report titled Guangdong's Zhongshan Releases 60 New Policies for Industrial Park Renovation to Promote Industrial Transformation.

According to the report, to promote industrial transformation and address land problems, "industrial park renovation" has become a new reform initiative of Guangdong in recent years. Zhongshan City has released 60 new policies to boost industrial park renovation and explored renovation models such as "governmental acquisition of land on credit" and "village-enterprise cooperation" to fully unleash enterprises' passion for plant renovation.

With an estimated output value of 3.5 billion yuan, Phase 1 of the Chengyi Waisha Innovation City in Shenwan Town, Zhongshan was topped out on January 4. Shenwan has planned three parks with a total area of 211 mu for the resettlement of enterprises and vacated the space earlier.

So far, Zhongshan has reorganized 13,000 mu of industrial land to help more than 100 local enterprises increase capital and ramp up production.
