The groundbreaking ceremony of the headquarters center of Guangdong Xinxuan Electronic Technology Co Ltd was held at 1 Jinfeng Road, Minzhong District on January 12. It took only more than 20 minutes from land acquisition to construction start.

With an area of 15 mu, a planned total investment of 100 million yuan and a total floor area of about 40,000 square meters, the intelligent fire control industrialization project involves the construction of a general R&D and office building for the digital application of IoT and provincial technical center (fire control laboratory), two modern standard plant buildings, and a dormitory building. Upon completion, Xinxuan's annual output value is expected to increase by 300 million yuan.

Founded in January 2017, Xinxuan is a national high-tech enterprise with more than 200 patents for invention, utility model patents, test reports and certificates of honor.
