Haiya Holdings and Lan Kwai Fong Group on March 1 signed a nation-wide strategic cooperation agreement, under which the two sides will work together to build Guangdong's first Lan Kwai Fong project at Haiya Mega Mall in Nantou, a key town in northern Zhongshan.

With a total floor area of over 1.2 million square meters, the mega commercial complex project will cover such business types as high-end residence, luxury apartment, supermall, five-star hotel, pedestrian street, twin-tower office buildings, cultural center and home appliances center.

The 580,000-square-meter supermall, scheduled to open this winter, will bring in Michelin restaurants and bars, Sheraton Hotel and other famous brands. The Haiya Culture and Art Center covering an area of over 15,000 square meters will also be built here.

With 42 member enterprises, Haiya Holdings is engaged in the development and operation of large commercial propereties and urban complexes, cultural and ecological tourism, planning and construction of leisure and healthcare towns, Internet and new economy industrial parks, finance and securities investment, hotel and property management and etc.

Lan Kwai Fong Group is specialized in property development, marketing, catering, retailing, entertainment, sci-tech innovation, design among other fields.
