The signing & inaugural ceremony of relocation service carriers for the industrial parl renovation of Cuiheng New District and the signing ceremony of intended investment projects were held on the morning of March 9.

At the signing ceremony, Cuiheng Urban Renewal Co Ltd concluded initial agreements on the settlement of three projects: digital intelligent manufacturing base of intelligent remote controls, R&D and manufacturing of electronic magnetic components, production and manufacturing base of advanced radiator parts. With a total investment of about 1.45 billion yuan, the three projects will generate a total annual output value of 2.5 billion yuan at their full capacity.

Besides, all the relocation service carriers for industrial park renovation will exempt enterprises from at least two months of rent.

After early visits and inspection, Cuiheng New District (Nanlang District) has selected the first 5 carriers, including the Precision Manufacturing Demonstration Zone, the China-Switzerland (Europe) Innovation Center, the Shentai Intelligent Valley, Zhengdexiang's phase three project, and South China Packaging's phase three project.
