Cuiheng Urban Renewal Co Ltd, a subsidiary of Cuiheng Group, will spare no efforts to support Cuiheng New District in revitalizing not less than 3,000 mu of industrial space in the industrial park renovation. At the same time, the company will start the construction of a high-end industrial park and a relocation park with an area of about 94,000 square meters and about 150,000 square meters respectively this year.

To ensure the smooth relocation of enterprises related to industiral park renovation, the company launched the "relocation management" service, emptied 580,000 square meters of idle plant buildings for leasing, set up a relocation matching platform, and helped relocate 54 enterprises in Nanlang Industrial Zone in 2022.

In 2022, Cuiheng Group negotiated on more than 100 investment projects, including 15 industrial projects with an investment of more than 10 million yuan each, and attracted 37 enterprises to register and settle in Cuiheng New District. The investment promotion team for industrial park renovation has negotiated on more than 40 reserve projects, and reached initial agreements on 6 plant customization projects with a total area of over 100,000 square meters.
