East District held an investment promotion conference on March 23, according to which it brings in 15 quality projects with a total investment of over 18 billion yuan this year, including 6 with an investment of over 1 billion yuan each.

These 15 projects were signed at the conference, also the cooperation agreement between East District and the Shenzhen Industrial Park Association. Ten experts were hired as investment promotion consultants.

The newly signed projects cover such fields as urban headquarters economy, culture and leisure tourism, intelligent manufacturing and innovation, low-carbon industry-city integration and regional financial services. Among them, the BMW leading flagship store project is a new-type automobile sales, repair and maintenance, parts supply and trading center themed on green, low carbon, environmental protection and technology.

At the conference, East District commended a total of 130 enterprises in 8 categories that were recognized as headquarters enterprises and won the awards for outstanding contribution to economic construction in 2022.

East District also held a bank credit launch ceremony, with the participation of 21 banks, including 12 banks with a credit line of over 10 billion yuan each and a total credit line of over 180 billion yuan, which cover 15 fields such as urban renewal, industrial park renovation, water treatment, culture and tourism, and intelligent manufacturing.
