The 2023 Shiqi High-quality Development Investment Promotion and Talent Networking Conference was held on March 28. 

At the conference, 23 quality projects were signed. Among them, 13 industrial investment projects were signed with a total investment of over 13 billion yuan, including 4 projects with an investment of over 1 billion yuan each and 7 projects with an investment of over 100 million yuan each. These projects covering digital economy, healthcare, sci-tech innovation, modern finance, culture & tourism and other sectors included Metoo Starry Island, Perfect Eagle International Business Hotel, Kanglai (Zhongshan) International Medical Center, etc.

The inaugural ceremony of Zhongshan Shiqi Cultural Development Alliance and the launch ceremony of a cultural development fund were held at the conference. The alliance will bring together key enterprises, business districts, social institutions, cultural organizations and others in Shiqi to provide support for Zhongshan to build an iconic cultural city within the Greater Bay Area.

Also, Shiqi signed strategic cooperation agreements with University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) Zhongshan Institute, Guangdong University of Finance & Economics and Guangdong Polytechnic Institute (GDPI) respectively. At the same time, E-Park and Artesyn Embedded Power concluded strategic agreements on talent cooperation with UESTC Zhongshan Institute and GDPI respectively.

Shiqi presented the "Enterprise Innovation Awards", the "Settlement Awards", the "Key Talent Employer Awards" and other awards to more than 170 enterprises (individuals), including Perfect (China) Co Ltd.
