The Huangpu Investment Promotion Conference and Huangpu Talent Fair was held recently to attract key enterprises to settle in the town.

The event brought together outstanding enterprises within Guangdong province and the country. A total of 47 projects were signed, with a total investment of about 10.7 billion yuan and an estimated added output value of 14.5 billion yuan.

These projects cover a wide range of fields such as intelligent home appliances, cured food, advanced equipment manufacturing, new energy and business services. With high technology content, strong driving capacity and bright prospect, the projects will inject innovative elements and strong vitality for a new-round of industrial development of Huangpu.

Located at the intersection of Guangzhou, Foshan and Zhongshan, with convenient transportation, Huangpu is the only town superior in multimodal (water-land-rail) transport. It boasts a solid industrial foundation and complete supporting facilities for the home appliances industry, with more than half of Zhongshan's intelligent home appliances industrial parks in it.
