With a total investment of 600 million yuan and a total building area of 160,000 square meters, Guhe TCM Industrial Park (also known as Dragon Innovation E-Valley) includes seven high-standard plant buildings and an underground garage. It will be built into an industrial park integrating R&D, processing, production, packaging, warehousing and logistics of TCM products. The project will be built in two phases, and Phase 1 is expected to be completed by the end of 2023 and put into operation in the first quarter of 2024.
At the launch ceremony, the project manager - Zhongshan Longyao Industrial Investment Co - signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Macau Chamber of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and the Macau Overseas Business Registration Service Platform. The three will jointly establish the Guangdong-Macau Health Service Center, which is intended to provide comprehensive services for cross-border business in the park, and to help enterprises open up sales channels in Belt and Road countries and Portuguese-speaking countries.
