The Chunkai R&D, production and technology project for smart small home appliances started construction on July 18. This is the sixth industrial park renovation project that starts construction in Huangpu Town this year.

Located at the Zhongshan Intelligent Home Appliances Industrial Park in the Dacen area, the project is funded by Zhongshan Chunkai Electronics Co. Upon completion, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 1 billion yuan in five years.

Covering a land area of 35.4 mu, the project will include three modern plant buildings, with a total floor area of 100,000 square meters. Some 240 million yuan will be invested to build workshops, a warehousing center, a dormitory and office building, an R&D center, and other facilities.

Chunkai will set up professional production and manufacturing workshops for electrical use, dust-free assembling, intelligent injection molding and mold development, utilize tailor-made digital and intelligent solutions, and introduce automatic production lines for small home appliances.
