Zhongshan ENG Polymer Materials Co, a company based in the Zhongshan Torch Industrial Group park, won the bid for a 30-mu industrial land plot in Shazai Village, Minzhong District on August 1. The company plans to build its R&D and production headquarters base for special high-performance Thermoplastic Polyurethanes (TPU).

With a total investment of 600 million yuan, the headquarters base is expected to produce 20,000 tons of special high-performance TPU per year. The estimated annual output value and annual tax revenues will reach 600 million yuan and 33 million yuan respectively.

Zhongshan ENG Polymer Materials Co was incorporated in Torch Development Zone on May 25, 2023. Its investor Dongguan ENG Plastics Co is a national high-tech enterprise engaged in the research, processing and manufacturing of new-type engineering plastics.
