Zhongshan on October 30 held an investment promotion conference, during which a total of 36 projects were signed. These projects include strategic cooperation projects among the government, banking institutions and enterprises, key industrial park renovation projects, and key investment promotion projects.

The intelligent manufacturing park of Snorder, an environmental protection technology company, was one of the newly signed government- bank-enterprise project. With a land area of 26.8 mu, a building area of 75,000 square meters and a planned investment of 250 million yuan, it will build new factory buildings, and its annual output value is expected to exceed 1 billion yuan within three years.

Tianzhuo Network, a domestic leading high-tech enterprise, signed a contract to build its AI digital circuit breaker headquarters base in Zhongshan. With an investment of 500 million yuan, the first phase of the project will be a production base for intelligent sensors.  

The Nantou Smart Appliances Manufacturing and Innovation Center is a key industrial park renovation project signed at the conference. The project covers an area of 75 mu, with a planned investment of over 500 million yuan and a new factory building over 160,000 square meters. It will be constructed in two phases. The first phase was topped out on October 30, and it will be used for the production of household appliances and introducing a number of technology-based enterprises and enterprises with great potential to go public.
