The Xin Zhao Wei Wisdom Creating Park, an industrial park renovation project located at the Shazai Industrial Park in Zhongshan's National Health Technology Park, broke ground on December 19. The project has a total investment of 500 million yuan and a planned gross floor area of 100,000 square meters.

The project covers a land area of 40 mu. The Phase 1 plant is expected to be completed by the end of 2024, targeting such industries as cosmetic medicine, new-generation information interaction, intelligent electronics, new materials, and new packaging. It will be built into a composite industrial space that integrates functions of production, research and development, office use and living.

Currently, there are already 15 intelligent equipment and precision hardware projects, including Jiajin from Shenzhen, expressing their intention to settle in the park.
