Zhongshan's Cuiheng Group and CLPe Infrastructure Limited signed a cooperation framework agreement on December 22.
According to the agreement, CLPe will invest in a regional cooling project in Zhongshan's Cuiheng New District and will be responsible for the planning, design, investment, construction, operation and maintenance of the project.
Based on the electrical facilities and load characteristics of the project, CLPe will offer low-carbon, zero-carbon, integrated energy solution services covering adaptive energy saving, management energy saving, product energy saving and system energy saving. The two sides will also carry out cooperation in terms of distributed rooftop PV devices, electric vehicle charging stations and etc.
Originated in Hong Kong in 1985, CLPe is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Limited. It is dedicated to advancing the achievement of net carbon emissions in both Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland by 2050 and 2060 respectively. It offers customers comprehensive energy service solutions, including infrastructure construction (mainly district cooling facilities and data centers), building energy management, and electric vehicle charging, among others.
