The Hyner I-Park in Zhongshan was topped out on January 30 with the completion of the final piece of concrete.

The Hyner project commenced construction in March of last year. It is planned to be developed in two phases into an intelligent manufacturing industrial park.

Phase One has a total construction area of over 130,000 square meters. After renovation, its annual output value and tax revenue will reach 340 million yuan and 12.852 million yuan respectively.

Upon completion, the Hyner I-Park will introduce high-end industrial projects in such areas as smart home, precision hardware, electronic intelligent equipment, bio-based material, computer communication and other electronic equipment, instrument and apparatus, and etc.
