DaiLi Garment Co Ltd's industrial park renovation project began construction in Jinbiao Village, Minzhong Sub-district on August 30.

The project covers a land area of approximately 1.4 hectares. Phase 1 of the project will demolish the old office buildings and construct a new standard factory building with 8 storeys and a construction area of 26,000 square meters. The investment will amount to 100 million yuan.

DaiLi is an intelligent manufacturing enterprise that specializes in the design, development and sales of women's underwear. As the company's national headquarters and smart manufacturing base, the project is expected to achieve an annual output value of 450 million yuan and an annual tax revenue of 24 million yuan.
