Zhongshan Tsuihang Investment Co Ltd recently changed its name to Zhongshan Tsuihang Group Co Ltd. Its total registered capital exceeds 5.1 billion yuan, with an increment of over 2 billion yuan.

Tsuihang Group is a first-grade municipal-level service group company approved by the Zhongshan People's Government. It was established on August 22, 2013, and began operation in July 2014. Authorized by the municipal government, it is under the management of the Tsuihang New District Administrative Committee. As of the end of 2021, Tsuihang Group's assets totaled 32.6 billion yuan and net assets 14.8 billion yuan.

Tsuihang Group mainly focuses on comprehensive urban development and industrial investment businesses, also gives consideration to urban operation and management as well as undertakes major industrial platform construction and operation. Since its establishment, Tsuihang Group has invested about 12.4 billion yuan in the development of Tsuihang New District, leveraging about 12.2 billion yuan of public funds into infrastructure development through public-private partnerships, and funded the construction of 9 roads and 2 bridges (with a total length of 16.14 kilometers), and the construction of about 1.73 million square meters of industrial and commercial facilities for scientific research, financial, biomedical and other sectors. It has participated in the establishment or initiated 6 public funds with a total scale of 1.48 billion yuan as well.
