"The reason why we chose to settle in Zhongshan is that the electronic information industry here is well developed and has broad market potential," said Jiang Hongbo, adding that Zhongshan's location in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area makes it very convenient to get to other cities in the Pearl River Delta within one or two hours.

Jiang, who returned to China after studying abroad, and her husband Wang Zhao jointly founded Guangdong Boil Electronic Science and Technology Co Ltd in Zhongshan 7 years ago. "Difficulties in financing and high innovation costs have always troubled small and medium enterprises. But in Zhongshan, we can receive early development funds and subsidies for high-tech enterprises from the government."

In Jiang's view, Zhongshan has a good business environment and many favorable policies for enterprises. Today, her company has developed more than 20 microchip products with independent intellectual property rights and obtained more than 10 national authorized patents. As a young entrepreneur, Jiang expressed her commitment to make more contributions to the development of Zhongshan with microchip products.
